Sarah Green is the girl half of girl and piano. That’s me. I'm an event and wedding pianist providing piano music in Manchester, Cheshire and the wider North West of England.

 

I started playing piano at the teeny tiny age of 5 out of sheer intrigue for something I felt made such lovely noises. Fast-forward 32 years later and I’m a grade 8+ pianist who, after finishing my grades, taught for a year and continues to play for enjoyment from a mix of sheet music and playing by ear.

 

I feel passionate about the creation of an ‘ambience’ using music - the right music. I think the piano does a pretty good job of this, and especially at weddings and special events. I have been fortunate enough to play at weddings and events throughout the North West to great acclaim, and the thing that really drives me is that I love playing the piano.
